Contract Type: Partnering – GMP
Construction Type: Renovation
Description: This project was a fast-paced interior finishes renovation including large operable windows at the front of the restaurant and new HVAC systems to service the upper level of an existing 5,000 sq. ft. downtown Greenville restaurant. Table 301 partnered with Mavin early in the process to assist with the design of the operable windows and HVAC systems as well as finishes review/selection. Once all materials were procured and ready for installation, the restaurant was shut down for 10 consecutive days to perform the updating scopes. The window replacement scope included heavy demolition/steel bracing installation right along the Main Street sidewalk. Pedestrian traffic control and safety were coordinated with the City of Greenville and monitored throughout the entire project. Interior finish renovations included new luxury vinyl plank flooring on the lower level, patching/painting of all walls and ceilings (including chalk board paint), and large areas of reclaimed barn wood which was supplied and installed by Mavin Construction. Heavy schedule coordination was needed to ensure the project completed by the set re-opening date. This project was completed within the set project timeframe and has helped Table 301 create a new atmosphere for Nose Dive.
